Return and Shipping Policies

No refunds or exchanges. Products are sold as is. If you have scheduled a design consultation with us for Embroidery or Woodworking and you do not cancel without 24-hours advance notice, you are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee plus applicable taxes.

We currently offer shipping through USPS Priority Mail, or SHIPPO. USPS prices are determined by the carrier and by weight. If shipped through SHIPPO, a default cost of $10.00 will be added per order. Maximum fulfillment is 7-10 business days. If personalized (or aka custom order) has been made, Unplanned Ventures (the seller) will contact the purchaser (you, the customer) once the shipping cost has been determined by the carrier; USPS or SHIPPO. Shipping costs will be invoiced separately to the purchaser and the payment will be due in full when the personalization or custom order is ready to be shipped.
